Everything is energy, including us. Chinese metaphysics does nothing more than translate this imprint of the Universe into an easily understandable code. This code, simply put, is determined by the five elements with yin and yang polarity.
We can divide this “umbrella” of Chinese metaphysics into three major fields:
- Feng Shui deals with the energy of the environment and its interaction with the spaces we live in.
- BaZi—the “Eight Pillars”—speaks about the energy imprinted by the universe from conception and birth. It can be considered a map of your life, with both a static part and an extremely dynamic one. (This is just an introduction, so I won’t go into detail here.)
- Qi Men Dun Jia, or the “Art of War,” is another simplified translation of the energy imprinted by the universe.

The dynamic Qimen chart applied to your natal chart
Each of us has a personal Qimen chart. It is calculated based on the exact date of birth. For accuracy, it is important to also know the time of birth or at least the time range in which we were born.
This way, we can discover our personal palace in Qimen, the Guardian of Destiny, as well as the palaces that represent us in areas such as work, relationships, finances, karma, health, and so on.
The Guardian of Destiny represents your characteristics, your ultimate power, the way you think, the way you communicate, and the things you are passionate about.
After entering your birth details, you will get your natal chart, as shown in this example:
The Destiny Palace is always marked in red and labeled with the text: Destiny.
This person has the Phoenix as their Guardian of Destiny.
They will exhibit the characteristics and qualities associated with this guardian.
However, the natal Qimen chart is influenced dynamically. In Qimen, there is an annual chart that overlays the natal chart, influencing us throughout the entire year. Additionally, there is a monthly chart that overlays the natal chart and affects us for the whole month. There are also daily charts that do the same for an entire day.
This is the annual Qi Men Chart
This is the annual Qimen chart will overlap the birth chart. The person analysed above has their Destiny Palace in the East.
We can see that in the annual chart, 9 HEAVEN appears in the Eastern Palace, which means that in the Year of the Dragon, the person will be influenced by this Deity which becomes the second Gardian for this year.
The Month QiMen Chart
This is the chart for January 2025. As we can see, the person analysed receives EARTH in their Destiny Palace, which means that this guardian will influence them throughout the entire month.

In essence, we are all influenced by and benefit from the qualities of these deities that visit our Destiny Palace. We can direct them all, viewing them as a “team” that comes to support us. By leveraging the qualities of each member of this team, we can unlock extraordinary abilities.

Increase your ability to turn your desires into reality. Everything is in your favor, and your wishes materialise. However, if your thoughts are negative, the outcomes will also be negative. This is because the Chief manifests what you vibrate and feel.

“SurginSnake” possesses great powers of materialization and is one of the deities with the highest powers in Period 9.
He has multiple abilities, from changing the weather and clearing traffic to helping you safely reach your desired destination and offering protection wherever you are. You can also call upon him when you want to find quality land, any kind of lost object, people, and more. Additionally, he can help you discover within yourself states of optimism, joy, happiness, calm, peace, and so on.
He also governs sleep, so you can ask him to help you fall asleep quickly and wake up feeling very rested.
Moreover, when you lack an answer to something, ask him to give you the solution in your sleep.
The “GreatMoon” is concerned with knowledge and wisdom. Whatever plan you have or whatever you want to accomplish, you need information.
Therefore, when it visits you, command it to bring you the necessary information to fulfill your plan. Also, ask for the intuition to perceive the signals it gives you.

Hook also has a physical component; you need to stay active, do sports, and keep moving.
