Who is Alina?
Welcome,
I am Alina Pais, a specialist in Chinese Metaphysics. My areas of expertise include Bazi, Feng Shui Day Selection, and Qimen. Additionally, I have over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. However, despite my lengthy tenure in this field, I long realised that it was not my passion nor what truly brings me joy. Thus, after years of searching and various experiences I passed a profound crisis period of my life.
Yet, as is often the case, just when it seemed I was ready to fall în desperation, something happened and I become more aware of my life, my woman intuition woken up, and I started seeing the signals that the Universe was sending me.
Miraculously, the realm of Chinese Metaphysics emerged in my life, igniting an intense passion and leading me on a captivating journey. It provided me with solutions to navigate and successfully overcome the challenges I faced as a women and wife.
More significantly, it fundamentally altered my perspective on life and humanity. My greatest revelation was finally understanding myself as a spiritual being, but as a powerful woman too, recognising my strengths and learning to leverage them to their fullest, acknowledging my weaknesses and finding ways to address them. I came to realise that my actions and experiences were wholly contingent upon my own attitude and reactions to obstacles and opportunities.
Chinese metaphysics possesses the remarkable ability to bring clarity and reassure a sense of being presence in your own life. It has brought me immense satisfaction. New wonderful people came into my life, and empowered me to distance myself from those who no longer were resonating positively.

Who is Maria?
I am Maria, a psychologist by profession and a Consultant of Chinese Metaphysics specializing in Feng Shui, Bazi, Qi Men, and Day Selection. Additionally, I am a practitioner of Matrix Reimprinting and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Furthermore, I discovered many years ago that I am an empath. My journey into alternative techniques began during my time in college. I believe I can be considered a pioneer in these methods. I first discovered intuition and mental control during adolescence, and I must admit, I found pleasure in experimenting with them. As I matured and came to understand my personal power, I also realized the responsibility that accompanies such gifts. My initiatory journey began in 2008. I embarked on the path of Prananadi, an energy healing technique for both spiritual and physical well-being. Within the same school, I pursued courses in regressions, Prananadi massage, and, as a culmination, Meditations 1 and 2.
These practices have enabled me to delve into deeper levels of healing, including remote diagnosis, energy surgery, chakra healing for both the physical and energetic body, and even karmic readings (all part of the Prananadi school). Other courses that have enriched my journey as a woman, parent, and therapist include “Positive Parenting Solution,” “Energy Alignment,” and “Reiki,” which also encompassed crystal Reiki under the guidance of the same master.
The realm of Chinese Metaphysics has captivated me, and upon realising my quest for “QiMen Dun Jia” or “The Art of War” since the age of 14, I recognised this as my true path.
The vision I cultivated while traveling through the “Land of Plenty,” to establish “The Well Being Institute,” marked the next step in reaching out to as many individuals as possible who seek transformative change in their lives.

Our Mission
I have always known that my purpose is to empower people. Meeting Alina felt like destiny hand. We crossed paths through Chinese Metaphysics, gradually exchanging insights and knowledge. Alina epitomised generosity, consistently sharing materials with me. One day, I told her, “It doesn’t feel right for me to take credit for your work… Come and contribute by writing articles for Fengshuibazi.ro.” And thus, our collaboration began. Together, we crafted classes and workshops for those open to exploring this realm of knowledge. We realized our shared goal, birthing “thewellbeing.institute” as a result. What we offer in this journey is not just a set of practices but a lifestyle. Our mission is to serve and bring clarity to your life. Self-discovery, self-awareness, accessing personal power through Chinese Methapysik, and integrating other resonant techniques such as Breathing techniques, Qigong, Healthy Eating, Emotional Expression, etc.—all of these are part of our offering, driven by our desire to make a positive impact. I’ll say here that two noble people have met. Though our encounter felt like destiny hand, as we collaborated and studied our personal QiMen Astrological Chart together, we discovered a shared set of values and life purposes. Our karma points to the same mission in the world: “to teach.” We’ve committed ourselves to spreading kindness, creating safe spaces for healing, and sharing valuable information with those who seek to learn from us. We believe that knowledge is power. We learn through study and practice that aligning with the Universe helps things run smoothly with ease and steers us away from difficulties, sickness, and failure. Our goal in the world is to bring “Light,” joy, health, and prosperity. Connection with your inner higher self, discovering self-love, is a value we teach in this journey. So, in a world filled with chaos and conflict, we’ve chosen to contribute in this way because we embody “Light,” “Kindness,” and ” LOVE”. We know that together, we’re stronger.
