**Precautions:**
– Keep out of reach of children.
– Certain natural compounds contained in this essential oil may present an allergy risk to some sensitive individuals when the essential oil is incorporated into a cosmetic composition (according to the 7th Amendment of the European Cosmetics Directive (2003/15/EC)): limonene and, to a lesser extent, citral (geranial and neral), linalool.
– As a general rule, always do a test application of your preparation, in the crease of your elbow, at least 48 hours before use.
– Irritant in its pure state, it should be used diluted for any application on the skin.
– Not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy.
### Hand and Nail Care Oil Recipe
**Ingredients:**
– Vitamin E capsules: 5 capsules
– Sweet almond oil: 1 tablespoon
– Avocado oil: 2 teaspoons
– Olive oil: 2 teaspoons
– Jojoba oil: 1 teaspoon
– White sandalwood essential oil: 10 drops
– Lemon essential oil: 10 drops
**Procedure:**
1. Open the vitamin E capsules and pour their contents into a 60 ml bottle.
2. Add the oils and shake vigorously.
3. If possible, let it sit for 4 days to allow the different substances to synergise their effects.
**Usage:**
Pour 4 to 6 drops into the palm of your hand. Massage. Use this oil after washing your hands and before going to bed.
