In this article, I aim to cover significant aspects of what we’ll be doing here. If I were to write down everything I’d like to share, I’d likely end up writing a book. But that’s not my intention, not here, not now.
Curiosity has always been the driving force behind my explorations in life. Even as a child, no matter how dangerous something seemed, if it captured my attention and piqued my curiosity, I was ready to act. There have been moments when I wondered, “How I am getting out of this?” But each time, everything turned out fine. I explained it to myself later, but that’s not what this is about now.
Following my explorations with healing techniques and self-awareness, from various branches of psychology, because there are many, I moved on to less conventional methods. But my entire perception of reality shifted when I realised that I could read energy, the fields of those around me. I understood that I could feel emotions, deduce thoughts, and even anticipate health issues that would manifest in a person’s physical body in the near future.
I’m not alone; I know I inherited this from my mother. I recognised this power and used it, experimented with it. It was natural; after all, I’m an explorer. The good news, dear ones, is that we all have these abilities; we’re all empathetic and telepathic, we can all read the field, we can draw and send energy—your heart knows how. The bad news is that some, perhaps most, have closed themselves off and forgotten they have this ability. It’s like when you don’t use your muscles and they atrophy. Everything changes when you connect with yourself, and this is possible.
Considering that the Universe’s energy will be dominated by the fire element, even the most stubborn who believe that only what you see, touch, and smell is reality will be forced to change. What stops most from changing, or from believing and changing, is “Fear.” Fear of losing control.
That’s the Theme for the Next 20 Years. There’s no more control. Our ego will be very disoriented, more often, because fire transforms everything quickly. Everything changes, and we’ll have to change, and we won’t even have the time to learn the new definitions. My advice here is to live without attachments. And when I say that, I’m not urging you to live in poverty.
The integrative techniques we’re preparing in the “Bonuses” section are meant to help align your physical body with the new energy. If Qi Men gives us access to the spiritual realm, Feng Shui and Thong Shu will help us attract the best Qi into our homes and make wise use of external opportunities; this bonus section is meant to support you physical body.
We’ll learn about healthy eating, about food groups and the elements associated with them. We’ll learn about how important breathing is and how easily it can help us maintain balance or even transform an acidic body (prone to illness and with a weakened immune system) into an alkaline body and boost immunity.
Here, we also aim to discuss methods of releasing emotions, changing beliefs using other easily practicable techniques, guided meditations, or just relaxation and even dance if you feel inspired. Another aspect we’ll work on is stress and its alleviation.
Each month, we’ll have a theme to work around which we’ll build our wellness program. February’s theme, as it’s the month of love, will be about “Self-Love.” Nothing we do here is “MANDATORY.” I believe that anything you do easily and that makes you feel good is exactly what you need.
The important thing is to do something because, if you make a small active change every day, in 365 days your life will look totally different, regardless of what’s happening around you. This Universe is neutral; our ego puts the label of good and bad on it. I hope I’ve sparked your curiosity and desire to do something different. Specific articles on the mentioned themes can only be read on the subscriber page.
With joy! Maria
