Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil

Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil is one of the oldest and most valued essential oils in the world. Obtained by steam distillation of the bark of the cinnamon tree, this rich and intense oil is recognised for its warm, sweet-spicy aroma and its remarkable therapeutic properties.

A broad-spectrum anti-infective agent, cinnamon bark essential oil is a must-have in any aromatherapy kit. It is one of the main essential oils for cleansing the digestive and intestinal tract and is traditionally recommended for infectious diarrhea, gastroenteritis, as well as for combating urinary tract infections or getting rid of warts.

Stimulant and warming, cinnamon essential oil is well-known as an aphrodisiac. It is used diluted in massages to fight fatigue and awaken sensuality. When diffused, diluted in other milder essential oils, it warms the atmosphere and creates a friendly environment.
